I was quite apprehensive seeing Dr Jack after reading some of these reviews but honestly my worry was for nothing. He's clear and direct, and has to be given the time limit for each patient. He cuts out all the rubbish which I can sympathise with as I bet he gets his fair share of sob stories and unimportant back stories if the woman I was sitting next to me was anything to go by...I found him personable, likeable and very polite. Going back in December for my MRI results and I'm glad I have someone taking an interest for once
