Met Dr Latif for the first time on 8th January 2018. He was a Hub doctor and my expectations were not high. How wrong was l.
He had read my medical records before meeting me. He listened to me with interest. He explained my requirements simply, respectfully and with kindness.
Because he checked my past medical records so thoroughly he found the correct medication l needed.
He was patient and very understanding of my needs.
