Dr Lafita was polite and courteous. Even though
my appointment was relatively straightforward
it was carried out speedily and efficiently.
As regards improvements then my only suggestion would be to try to keep waiting times as short as possible.
It would be useful that if long delays have built up, to inform the patients, who may be able to reschedule I avoid taking too much time off work etc.
