I had seen a GP the previous week who was no help whatsoever and didn't seem to have a clue on how to deal with me. this doctor rang me a few days later and asked me come in the following day, he explained the results of my scan , unlike the previous dr, and explained the next steps. He was very thorough and very blunt and got my referral through to hospital straight away.
