No improvements needed. Even squeezed my young boy in when reception claimed to only have one emergency appointment at 8:47am (2minutes after surgery opened), and no bookable appointments for the last few weeks. He explained my meds due to on-going issues, also reviewed my other meds that are due in 3 weeks to save me a trip and looked at my 4 year olds ear all within a few minutes-I didn’t feel rushed and got the information and prescriptions we needed. Impeccable manners.
