My 87 year old mother suffered for two years trying to get a diagnosis for her Crohns disease. When eventually she was given an appointment with Dr Arikawe my mother finally received the care and attention needed, but most important she listened. Dr Arikawe chased up the hospital and pursued my mothers plight and got results. The hospital did a wonderful job eventually but things took so long. Dr Arikawe is always caring and remembers the details which are important to the elderly. I cannot praise this doctor enough she is worthy of her position and instills confidence in both my mother and myself as I feel that my mother gets the support needed from her doctor.
