Dr Rao was brilliant. He had a real sense of care and helped us to feel a level of ‘normality’ that no other health-care professional did. He pursued lines of investigation into different health issues of our baby and continued involvement for a number of years, ensuring he covered all bases. We have a healthy and happy child. We are so grateful for his input and personable character.

Dr Rao was amazing when looking after our baby in NICU. He kept us informed and involved always and explained things simply. He was always happy to answer our questions and had a positive and reassuring presence. Professional and kind.
