I was suffering with abdominal pain/injury and after seeing several other consultants, a stay in hospital and many tests and scans, I was still no further forward. Eventually, several months later, I was referred to Dr Gopinath who was able to quickly diagnose my condition and implement a treatment plan for me. He listened to my description of the pain, it’s location and how it may have been caused. He did a thorough examination and gave me his diagnosis in clear, layman’s terms which came as a great relief, as I now knew what was wrong with me. I found him a very calm, polite and professional man, he was extremely empathetic to my pain and situation and I felt confident from his manner and approach. His bedside manner is second to none, what I expect from a doctor who really wants to help you. When it came to treatment, Dr Gopinath was brilliant, he talked through what would happen and what the outcomes would be. Dr Gopinath even took the time to ring me on his day off after my first procedure, when I was struggling and needed help and advice. I have seen Dr Gopinath both privately and on the NHS, through the pain management clinic and would not hesitate to recommend him, he really is a nice man.
