I have a 17 month old son, he's recently had a few visits at the surgery for check-ups and seen a few other doctors for persistent coughs. He has developed a feeling of unease once in a consultation room as he finds the basic general health checks which are necessary upsetting. Yesterday we saw Dr Kanani for the first time since he was a very young baby and she remembered us which was nice. She is very approachable which creates a very positive patient relationship.
Her advice on my son’s skin and general health was very reassuring. She made a genuine effort to make him feel reassured and he got a sticker at the end of the consultation which is a nice touch. We have seen an immediate improvement after using the cream and bath ointment so I'm very glad that we saw Dr Kanani and am confident that we are in good hands.
