Can't be that constructive really.
Reduced my medication and my condition got worse.
Spoke last about November 2021 said he would ring in 6 months and not heard anything. You get a random phone call with a withheld number, no warning your getting a call.

Sorry to hear your condition got worse. Difficult to elaborate without knowing the specifics. All planned outpatient follow-ups were replaced in late 2021 by a new system following the Transformation of services. The CMHT can since then be called in case of any difficulties or crisis requiring follow-up care. Unless in response to a request to be called back, an appointment letter is sent to arrange planned medication reviews. Please feel free to call us in case of any needs and we are happy to assist.
