I have found Dr Bew to be sympathetic to my issues, to listen and to try to meet my needs.
It is often difficult to get timely appointments with him personally.
Mostly I think I have been given adequate time but there have been occasions when I have felt more hurried than I wanted. I recognise he has time pressures but this can be frustrating.
