I was fortunate enough to be treated by Dr Freris at the Islington iHub this weekend.
She went to great lengths to listen to the patient, to liaise with the hospital biochemistry lab and to get blood tests processed over the weekend.This was extremely helpful and meant that I avoided a trip to A and E. Dr Freris provided a gold standard service and was caring and kind. This should be the standard for which GPs should aim.
