Dr Freris has different approach to medicine to most GP's I have encountered. I find her approach very refreshing and she actually does listen to you. However, none of us are infallible. She let me down and has disappointed me. That being said, I still have respect for her for being different and having a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Dr Freris is a breathe of fresh air I am actually lost for words. She is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to and very understanding. She has a vast medical knowledge and offers her advice on how to tackle certain issues you are having. I left the surgery fully inspired to change things in my life based upon the advice given. Dr Freris is also very throrough and does not rush through things like other doctors. I know the NHS is stretched but we need more Doctor’s like this who not only try to help with symptoms but also get the route course of things.

I was fortunate enough to be treated by Dr Freris at the Islington iHub this weekend. She went to great lengths to listen to the patient, to liaise with the hospital biochemistry lab and to get blood tests processed over the weekend.This was extremely helpful and meant that I avoided a trip to A and E. Dr Freris provided a gold standard service and was caring and kind. This should be the standard for which GPs should aim.

Very knowledgeable GP who looks at the big picture. Treats the person as a whole and not just a bunch of symptoms. Very friendly and easy to chat with. It used to be challenging working with GPs with a chronic illness, but have been so impressed with Dr Freris.
