The Doctor is very friendly and helpful. She has a pleasant manner about her. She has good knowledge of her subject.
One improvement could be that pictorial evidence could be taken. This would mean that you would have tangible evidence on the improvement that you could compare against on visits, instead of memory.
The hospital lets her down by the poor booking system ie changing appointments and the wait time. Which can be an hour after the appointment.
It is not fair that Drs have to keep apologising for poor process management.
