I really like Dr Shenke’s positive approach-and the way he sees patients as individuals-you don’t feel just next on the list. I like the fact that he listens to you as well as advises.
One thing that would help is if it was made easier to contact the clinic-I tried 8 times over 2 days to get through and the phone just rang and rang! Maybe it was just a fault on the line but it’s pretty frustrating.
