Dr Mann could be more effective by listening and using information provided by Carer's. Understanding what has brought people to the ward is vital in developing a sustainable and effective care plan. Spending more than 1 – 2 hours a week with a patient would also be advantageous in understanding the patients and how to help them. Medication is also a bit hit and miss.
