I've been with this surgery since I was 6 year old I'm now 56 years old,& it breaks my heart how poor this surgery is with patient care, the previous GP,s were all Caring, professional & everyone of them went out there way to support me & my family, I don't feel I can trust my personal problems to the full extent with this surgery staff now, many a time after a phone consultation as appointments face to face are barely available, I have cried as feel I get the minimum support & my faith in this once fantastic surgery has went downhill, & I use to have negative opinion when I heard patients of all age were going to alternative & at times not legal substances due to lack of being heard, lack of support , from this once highly rated GPsugery, so sad , as surely the staff could improve there service as well as the surgery manager helping to improve devices as they only need to look how our past GPs provided excellent service historically.
