I had the great opportunity to be seen by Dr. Ikin. He is a good example of what a 'real doctor' should look like. I was really pleased to find out that apart from the mandatory qualification he is equipped with value-based skills which are of greater importance for fulfilling the term- real doctor.
Dr.Ikin does put the patient in the center of his work, he delivers patient-orientated dedicated care. He is honest, understanding, compassionate about his patients' health and wellbeing. He does not save time and effort when assessing patients and does his best in order to achieve our recovery.
I really wish and dream that all doctors adopt his way of work and looking after patients.
I think that he is a good candidate for Care Excellence Award.
