Was good, but will need further sessions to make a more accurate judgement. To improve, timekeeping of the meeting to enable all points to be covered would be addressed would be a welcome item. This way, the metting would be much more efficient and the maximum effect is gained. Focus on one-to-one sessions and time would help to enable more personal feelings and issues to be covered, along with more proffesional input and advice.
