Dr Jaitley is a wonderful GP. She listens, empathises, doesn't rush your consultation, and explains medical conditions and treatments in a clear, concise way which is easy for the patient to understand, and yet isn't patronising. Always my first choice of doctor at the surgery, for myself and my children ( who also think she is great!)
