Today I had my Marina coil changed by Dr Thacker. I was very apprehensive as I had had two previous bad experiences with complications during this procedure. Dr Thacker was incredibly reassuring and kind and explained everything thoroughly beforehand. She performed the procedure quickly and efficiently and gave me time to ask more questions afterwards. I left feeling very relieved and grateful to her for being so professional, thoughtful and caring towards me. Thank you!
