I just cannot express how compassionate, kind and caring Dr Thacker has been. Always makes time for you. Always has the warmest biggest smile to welcome you. I have been with the surgery for more than 37 years. I have seen so many changes. Trying to book an appointment can be very stressful expecially if you try to book appointment with Dr Thacker, but it is worth it. Dr Thacker will be missed more than words can express. It has been ablessing tohave DrThacker as my GP. I feel to book online is the way forward to try and get an appointment on the day. The concerned is the older generation cannot always get to grips with internet therefore maybe the receptionist do not advise patients to start to queue outside the surgery before 08.30 to try and get an appointment on the day might help those who try and phone for appointment for that day. I do appreciate it has always been a problem and it is trying to find the right balance. Finally Dr Thacker should be nominated for award for the care she gives everyone

Dr Thacker has always helped with various problems and it is always nice to see her so positive even when I'm not feeling great myself. She is always friendly, chatty and supportive to her patients.

Could not ask for a better doctor. Truly a lovely lady. Always greets you with a hug and a big smile, very understanding and extremely down to earth. Dr Thacker never rushes you out of the surgery, has got time for everyone even if she is running late ! Absolutely wonderful with every member of my family. Gonna miss her when she goes! How will I ever find another doctor like her ! A really lovely person with a bedside manner to match !!!!!
