Whilst both in hospital and at outpatients he was informative, honest, and excellent at his job, even when fitting the stent he talked me through exactly what he was doing and after on ward visits answered my questions in a manner that I could understand and was reassured by. A no nonsense, efficient but caring attitude, exactly what we need in times of fear in a medical emergency
