I was terrified of going to see a psychiatrist as I was worried he would tell me I was mad and be dismissive of me .My experience with Dr Anthony was the complete opposite. He listened carefully - I was very distressed -so it took sometime .He didn’t rush me or was critical in anyway at all. He then asked a range of questions and explained what his assessment of me was, what was happening to me and why .This was a lot of me to take in and he suggested ways to help me and how I could help myself .The medication he gave me made a significant difference and I realised I had never got hold of my condition and had lacked insight into how depressed and anxious I was. I have had a number of visits with him and each time his support and advocacy has helped me get on top of my symptoms and believe for the first time in my life I could get better and my family and friends have already noticed the difference in me .i can thoroughly recommend Dr Anthony as a expert and experienced psychiatrist who advocates for you as well as provides support and an approach to treatment that is person centred.

Dr Anthony is a very experienced and professional psychiatrist whilst not being in the slightest bit intimidating. I had the so-called high flying career and seeing a psychiatrist was a shock to me. Dr Anthony diagnosed and treated me so that the underlying disorder could be managed. He listened when one particular medication had socially unacceptable side effects. Although it's all very complicated, he explained the diagnosis and disorder in a way that I could appreciate how ill I had become. He was caring and supportive to me throughout and I am very grateful to Dr Anthony for all the care he has given me.
In addition, its very easy to organise appointments by email and he has a number of consulting rooms which is very convenient.

It is a privilege to be under Dr. Anthony’s care, he is an excellent and expert Psychiatrist.
Dr. Anthony prescribed a combination of medication and therapeutic treatment that has saved my life. It’s hard to put into words, however receiving specialist treatment with Dr. Anthony has changed my life in immensely positive ways and I now want to live my life to the fullest, every day.
I myself, friends and family will forever be grateful to Dr. Anthony and hold him in very high regard - if you are struggling with a mental illness and need help, I do recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Anthony is thorough and efficient. He collected an incredible amount of information in one hour and as a result - he provided me with a comprehensive and detailed review of my needs, which included instructions for further care. Importantly, Dr. Anthony did not take up the opportunity to bring me on board as a long-term client – he instead advised that I’d be better suited elsewhere. This made me confident that Dr. Anthony places the welfare of his patients above any potential financial gain. Dr. Anthony provided me with a detailed report in a timely manner and I truly believe I have and will continue to benefit from his assessment.

Dr Anthony diagnosed my condition in the first 1-hour session - something the NHS hasn't done, nor bothered to try to do in the last 26-years - so I was down as depressed and on the wrong medication for over half a century. This was money incredibly well spent, unlike the countless thousands I paid in taxes to the NHS. Would highly recommend this doctor.
