Doctor Howard is amazing. I've swapped doctor's surgeries a couple of times before as my old GPs didn't listen and made me feel like I was wasting their time. Doctor Howard listens, asks questions to understand better, takes everything you say seriously and explains things if you have any questions. She treats you like a person. She's easy to talk to about anything, even the most embarrassing things or the things you are scared of talking about. I'm really glad I moved to this surgery as she has done more to help me in a few months than my old doctors did in 10 years. She has a long waiting list for non-emergency appointments, but I think that just shows how good she is, everyone wants to see her.

I think she is a legend. Speaking to her was like sitting with a friend except i was discussing embarrassing medical problems. She just sat there and listened. She asked pertinent questions and really helped me. She has been there a few times for advice and medication. She treats you like a person not an inconvenience to her day. She listens and gives good advice and the right treatment. I cant thank or recommend her enough.
