Lovely lady and lovely doctor. I only ever see Dr Ray, and one other doctor. Always very hard to see Dr Ray, as she is so popular and always fully booked. But whenever I do, I always feel like she listens to all my problems, and is always extremely understanding. Dr Ray will always take however much time she needs, whether it's 5 minutes, or 20 minutes as she is so thorough with her examinations. Problems always sorted when I see Dr Ray!

Saw Dr Ray this morning and was treated with the utmost care, she took time to lisen to me which is so important I did not feel rushed. Received information medication and felt at ease afterwards which is so helpful especially when you have a few health problems. Her manner was gentle and kind And she also recognised me from a few years ago !! I would like to also take the opportunity to praise Dr Johnson who referred me to her . All the doctors at Longcroft clinic have always given our family amazing care Came away feeling less anxious in myself Thank you
