During my 2 visits in 2022 and the procedures in January 2023, Dr Phillips set the highest standards of patient care and professional attention. Courteous, sympathetic and clearly keen to find out my view of my problems, Dr Phillips allowed plenty of time for consultations. She listened intently to what I was saying; and then explained the background to my medical problems and the actions she planned to take to resolve these in clear, plain and simple language that I could understand.
Dr Phillips' whole attitude and medical style boosted my confidence and convinced me that she would be the best possible clinician to deal with my situation.
I would unhesitatingly recommend Dr Phillips to anyone requiring a consultant in her field of medecine.
In her actions, Dr Phillips was well supported by her helpful and efficient PA and personal team.
I cannot think of any improvements to the care Dr Phillips and her team provided: I have seldom found such high standards anywhere.
