I spoke to Dr. Phillips today on the NHS as an appointment with my previous HPB doctor was cancelled last minute and then rebooked with Dr. Phillips. The appointment was excellent. Dr. Phillips had clearly taken the time to review my notes, immediately addressed the outstanding scan to allay my fears and then took a step back to review my history and clarify a number of points. Despite a complex medical background and a vague array of issues which had led to this point - Dr. Phillips was patient, curious and thorough. I ended the conversation feeling like my concerns had been clearly addressed and a future plan made which I was comfortable with as was she. I was grateful to have had this call today and appreciated that Dr. Phillips did not dismiss but rather validated my concerns and did so in a kind and human manner. After having a bad experience somewhere else I booked in to see Dr Natalie Philips. I was actually recommended her by my sister-in-law but because of availability I chose to see someone closer to my work. After having a bad experience there I was very pleased to get an appointment with Dr Natalie. She instantly put me at ease and had such a lovely aura about her that I knew she was going to make me feel better. She explained everything really clearly and the advice she gave was amazing. The issues I faced were also cured. I really did have such a great experience and would recommend her to anyone.

Thank you Dr Natalie Phillips in putting me at ease when I first went in for my consultation and exhausting every avenue to try to find the root cause. I have been to see Dr Phillips twice now and on both occasions I have left feeling reassured. I went in initially due to my rosacea flaring up and some mild gut symptoms, whilst running tests we found that my vitamin D levels were severely low. I appreciate Dr Phillips positive demeanour and helpful attitude. I did not feel any judgement with Dr Phillips, in my follow up I reported migraines where she referred me to a specialist. I have recommended her to my friends and family who have also echoed my views

Dr Phillips was very supportive and performed my procedure with care. She was very polite and understanding of my situation. She listened to all my concerns and was prompt with the investigations and referrals to other specialists for their opinions on other medical areas that were also of concern.
