I was seen by Mr Patel and his team 5 minutes earlier than my appointed time, which I was very grateful for.
Mr. Patel is extremely kind and patient in explaining to me and addressing all my questions and concerns. He is absolutely thorough and very understanding. Every time I go and have my follow up appointment I feel looked after very well by the best possible hands.
