A very pleasant experience at The Springfield Hospital with Dr. Ottayil. He was very attentive and afterwards very informative. We felt at ease with Dr. Ottayil examining our daughter and couldn’t ask more of a private appointment. The nurse in the room was also great with our girl. We highly recommend Dr. Ottayil and will ask for him should we require an appointment. Craig & Nicola.
