Dr Ottayil is an extraordinary paediatrician. He cared for my 7 month old son, and displayed an enormous breadth of knowledge and skill. It was truly humbling to encounter someone so accomplished at their job.
As an anxious parent, Dr Ottayil's professionalism was extremely appreciated. He engaged with me as a full person; warm and humane, taking his time to explain most likely scenarios and plans of action. I left feeling calm and reassured that everything is under control with Dr Ottayil. We're so lucky to have him in Chelmsford.
