We thank Dr Ottayil (and his team) for his knowledge, care and kindness over the years that he acted as consultant to our child. We have always received clear information and practical advice - immensely important when your child has just been diagnosed - and been aware that we could contact Dr Ottayil outside of scheduled appointment times if we needed to. A great example of NHS care and expertise.
