Dr Otttayil has been our foster daughters consultant since she was born, she has lived with us for over 9 years.
We have seen Dr Ottayil approximately 3 times a year as well as additional appointments if needed. During this time we have felt fully supported by his care and expertise, he has kept our little girls epilepsy controlled as best as it can be over the years.
We have at times had a difficult journey due to the fact that our little girl is in care and he has remained fair and professional at all times, with our little girls health and well being at the centre of all decisions he has made.
The entire team at Broomfield have been wonderful, they are efficient and caring and it’s always a pleasure to see everyone there.
It has been a pleasure working with Dr Ottayil, we have always felt well looked after and would like to thank him for all his hard work and dedication over the years.
