Dr Ottayil is a fantastic doctor that has shown us great care and consideration. We feel very lucky that he was our Consultant. His approach, calmness, yet honesty made us feel very comfortable. I love in particular how he talks to my son about his condition and treatment, making my son feel like he is in control.
