Dr Ottayil is a calming, respectful doctor who I’ve seen since the age of 5 and has listened to my problems every time. His persona when you enter the room brings happy tears to your face with smiles too.
Every appointment I’ve been to he has always made the time with appointments sometimes lasting an hour or more than expected which is how it should be within the NHS. and he generally makes sure your okay before your leaving his room.
So from me to you… the best of wishes and the best of luck.
You’ll never be forgotten or replaced by any one better.
