I am extremely happy with the care I am receiving from Dr. Rawala who is clearly an experienced, highly competent professional. He has a calm, empathetic and pragmatic manner and this enabled us to build rapport and trust from an early stage. It also dispelled any of my concerns about Psychiatry UK's online consultation format. During our initial consultation he conducted a thorough, detailed assessment, asking appropriate follow up questions to ensure he had a complete picture of my situation and my history. He took the time to properly listen to my thoughts and concerns and then proposed a course of treatment which was both medically appropriate and realistic. Our follow-up consultation resulted in a decision to adjust the treatment, one which was taken together relying on both his professional expertise and my feedback of my experience thus far.
