Dr. Rawala is clearly a highly competent and experienced professional. His calm and empathetic manner allowed us to build trust and rapport at an early stage. It also dispelled any concerns I had about Psychiatry-UK's online consultation format. During our initial consultation he conducted a thorough and detailed assessment, asking follow up questions where needed to ensure he had a complete understanding of my situation and history. I felt that he listened carefully to my thoughts and concerns and this enabled him to prescribe a treatment/course of action which was both medically appropriate and pragmatic. In a follow-up consultation, a decision to adjust the treatment was taken together, relying on both his professional expertise and my feedback about my experience thus far. I am confident that future consultations will be equally productive and collaborative. Throughout our interactions Dr. Rawala has treated me with respect and compassion.
