Dr Rawala is such a genuine and calm, patient and human doctor. He instantly made me feel at ease, had a smile on his face (this really helped relax me and lessened my anxiety very quickly). He introduced himself and has a very calming pace and tone to his voice. He guided my assessment so well that I didn't feel the need to try to panic about remembering everything and allowed me time to think and to reply without rushing me. He was very thorough, I could feel that he was genuinely listening and I felt that we cared about what I had to say. His show of empathy really made me feel validated and heard. I couldn't have asked for a more professional human being with such an obvious passion and caring interest in ADHD. I wish more doctors were like him. Patients wouldn't feel like they are going to war, having to fight to prove themselves. Thank you for making my experience an actual pleasant one.
