I truly can't fault a single thing about Dr Rawala's approach.
Dr Rawala is incredibly kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. As others have mentioned below he has a very calm pace and tone of voice and was very thorough in telling me what to expect about my appointment and how things would be post-assessment.
Dr Rawala guided the assessment very well, asking questions and explaining why he had, which made it very easy to discuss my symptoms and to make sure that I didn't miss anything.
I would recommend Dr Rawala to absolutely anybody hoping to speak to someone who is clearly knowledgeable and wise whilst also being pleasant and very easy to talk to. I very much so appreciate Dr Rawala's time and care whilst I have been his patient.
