I'm still finding it difficult to process the attitude of this Doctor. She allowed me only 5 words before berating me about the state of the NHS as if to suggest it was my fault. Her tone was aggressive and the volume level was bordering on shouting. She didn't take any time to look at my referral documents until I stopped her and midway through her 'rant'. I expressed my disbelief at her tone and attitude and only then did she apologise. She even pointed out she may have been 'abrasive' - her words not mine.
