I attended Mr Sultans clinic today for an injection in my shoulder.
I was greeted by all three members of staff with a smile and their names and every step of the procedure was explained to me.
I had some trepidation at the thought of this procedure, but was put at ease by all.
Dr Sultan explained what he was doing throughout and I was pleasantly surprised that it was not as painful as I had imagined and in fact was gently administered,
Well done to Dr Sultan and his team.
There is only 5 stars on the chart - I would have given 10!
