Dr Sultan took great care to ensure I understood the procedure, what it entailed, how uncomfortable it might be, or otherwise. On a previous occasion I had had an allergic reaction to an element of the medication he was administering and explained that he had eliminated one of the components in the hope I would not get a reaction, and it was successful.
He also seemed to work well with the nursing staff ensuring that the administrative side of the process was also accurate, for example, he asked me twice if I had been informed that I should not drive after the process.
Overall, I was very comfortable with him, I felt I could ask him anything about the procedure, and would be very happy should I need to see him again.
