My time as an in patient with side effects from my first cycle of treatment was scary in retrospect.
Dr Mahgoub took time and are to visit me and explain the reasons and strategies for getting me back on an even keel and ready to begin again.
More importantly, to me, was the consistent way that he treated me with empathy and good humour, as an intelligent and interested patient, proactively giving me the information and explanations that made me feel informed and valued.
This has made me feel totally secure in his care and very optimistic about my treatment and progress as I move forward on this next stage of my patient experience.
