The monthly visits to oncology are always nerve-racking but Dr Mahgoub has always over the past 2 years acknowledged my presence when passing through the waiting room in oncology. When seeing him he always has a smile on his face whilst talking slowly and quietly. The calming affect is quite dramatic. Full marks for his bedside manner. The only suggestion I could make is that at times the wait can be longer than expected. The board that sometimes tells you there is a delay should be moved onto the side wall so everyone can see it. Information is key.
