Dr Patel is consistently very helpful and patient and professional and always goes the extra mile in the best interests of the patient. He shows he cares and wants to give the best service possible. I hope I’ve got the long- standing Dr Patel since I’ve only seen the newer one once and he was absolutely fine. I did have an issue not seeing dr Patel face to face during the latter stages of Covid when it was slowly receding. But this dr Patel - once I see him - is an excellent doctor: very knowledgeable and helpful snd a very good listener.

This GP is very professional and knowledgeable and does what he says he will. Sadly lots of trainees means we rarely get to see him
