-Lack of people skills! - Limited in understanding of other underlying mental health factors - letters with information that is not correct - uncooperative with other professionals and can come across as obstructive - doesn’t respect when a patient asks for her not to attend a meeting or tries to phone others without prior permission (ensure if you don’t want her to speak to other professionals without your consent that they are aware of this) *was out patient but this doesn’t seem to be an option”

This "professional" has caused me a significant amount of stress since she inhertied my "care" responsibilities from the service leader. She frequently misinterprets information and has on many occasions then relayed that misinterpreted information to other health professionals in a formal format, causing me further unnecessary stress which has taken months of pursuing her to amend. As far as a psychistric specialist goes, I have received very little (if any) psychiatric support from this person, as her main focus seems to be on numerical statistics and generalised theories based on physical observations. As a patient with a chronic ongoing condition, I feel that morals, ethics and quality of life should be placed at a higher importance than a doctor's "duty" to preserve life, however this doctor seems to display no moral or ethical direction in the topics discussed in our consultations. It has come to the point where I am seriously considering self discharge from this doctor's service, and this doctor would be the main reason for my decision to leave if I decided to.
