He talks to me about my symptoms and involves me in my treatment. He's down to earth and comes straight to the point and always treats me with respect
He tries to help me improve my lifestyle, but isn't domineering and is patient with my failures and tries to find another way to help.
I am always made to feel that nothing is too much trouble and I have complete confidence in the treatment he gives and advises.
I don't think he could improve the way he treats me, either personally or medically without having a magic wand.
