My kidneys were failing due to urine retention ,Dr .Pick was brilliant and got me the treatment quickly ,a good listener too.

Needs to work on quality of care.
And there knowledge base of conditions that they do not know about especially when they have patients whom have the conditions.

DR PICK HAS SEEN MY AUNT REGULARLY OVER THR PAST YEAR LISTENING TO OUR CONCERNS AND ARRANGING TESTS RESULTING IN A DEMENTIA DIAGNOSIS . WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO GET AN APPT WIRH HIM.AND HE HAS CALLED ME BY PHONE TO DISCUSS SOME THINGS WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. NOTHING HAS BEEN TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND HE CONTINUES TO BE THOROUGH AND ARRANGING URGENT INVESTIGATIONS FOR FURTHER ILLNESS AROUND MY OWN HOLIDAY FOR MY AUNT .
I CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH FOR HIS CONSTANT CARE AND TIME .

Dr. Pick is a brilliant professional who has helped me over come my various medical difficulties with his great expertise and caring nature. Other NHS establishments I have been with do not compare in standards to this practice! Thank you to all the staff, especially Dr. Pick for providing great care and being extremely professional.
