I saw Mr. Pellen on Friday, 18th July, 2014 for the first time. He was most professional, although friendly and welcoming. He discussed my medical problem very thoroughly and asked me a number of questions about my medical history and why my GP had referred me to the hospital consultants. He recommended that I should have and endoscopy and arranged for me to have one within the next two weeks. I was most impressed by his efficiency and his advice. I have every confidence in him and am happy to leave my treatment in his capable hands.
