I called upon Prof. Douglas's services first in April, he responded very promptly, we had a telephone consultation during which Prof Douglas listened carefully, at all times his manner was calm , polite and supportive. He shared scan results with us very promptly which enabled us to take prompt action under his guidance and direction.
I would have no hesitation recommending others who require his services. At all times both Prof Douglas and his secretary Lynda, have been prompt, efficient and organised in dealing with delicate (and urgent) matters
